USATF Pacific has a long history of hosting open track and field competitions at all levels, from local all comers meets to international. There is a USATF Pacific annual championship meet and an annual Grand Prix with prize money for the top performers. Use the links at the right to learn more.

Basic Info Cost: Free to all, but you must sign a waiver. PLEASE be advised that the Tamalpa Track Workouts and Track Meets will require that all participants have been vaccinated for COVID-19 or have had a negative COVID-19 Test within 7 days of OUR workouts or races to participate in the workout or race. read more► LDR Road Grand Prix comps deferred to 2022
Comps earned from the 2019 Road Grand Prix will defer to 2022. Races are not required to offer comps in 2021, but may do so at their discretion. There is no full-year Road Grand Prix in 2021, however each race that occurs in-person will be scored for Individual and Team prize money. Prize money amounts may be adjusted.
