- Youth & Youth Coaches – Remember to inform and accompany your award-winning athletes about the Banquet!
- A delicious catered dinner will be included in your sign up fee. Tables for up to 8 available to reserve.

- An extensive slide show will accompany the Award presentations along with an online program with more details will complement the slide show.
- Tentative Schedule (check back for changes)
- 4:45pm: Venue Opens
- 4:45 to 5:45pm: Social hour that includes:

- No host bar (beverage donations will benefit the USATF Foundation).
- Photo ops in front of our USATF Pacific backdrop.
- Posters featuring Awardee lists, photos, and program highlights.
- 5:45; Keynote Speaker Alysia Montano (800m track star & Cal Coach)
- Followed by Award presentations in this order:
- Youth Track & Field & Cross Country
- Track & Field (including Race Walk), both open & masters
- Officials
- Service (Officials, Coaches Legacy Award, Tom Moore Award)
- LDR (Road, XC, MUT)
- USATF Pacific Foundation presentation.
- 8:00pm: Festivities end.
IMPORTANT! Email Banquet Program coordinator Cynci Calvin photos of your awardee athlete and service awardees (include names, photo credits, and a descriptive caption) so they can be honored in the Program, Slide Show, and Poster Display.
