For the second year in a row, Neville Davey of the West Valley Track Club, has taken top honors in the Masters heat of the Carlsbad 5000. In his win Sunday morning, Davey duplicated his 15:20 winning time from 2017 to beat Gregory Mitchell by a full 10 secs.
