► PA Legacy Coach Peter Brewer passes away
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of long-time East Bay coach Peter Brewer Saturday, 19 February due to a heart attack. The Pacific Association awarded Peter the ‘Legacy Coach Award’ last Saturday for his four decades of contributions to our sport. Click here to read his full bio for the award. coach Brewer’s family says they will plan for a virtual remembrance…details will be posted. RIP Coach Brewer…you had a positive influence on many!

Tech Company Seeking Athletes for Wearable Tech Study! Our PA Treasurer Jason Mawdsley is helping a local company source well-trained athletes for a study utilizing various wearable tech. For every athlete Jason refers who is accepted into the trial, the PA Foundation will earn 150 dollars! Registration is now open for the 2022 USATF Masters 10 Mile Championships to be held in conjunction with the SACTOWN Run on 4/3/2022. For a limited time Masters can take advantage of the $55 early bird registration rate, so don’t wait. The USATF registration link and additional info can be found here. PA Masters should not register at the SACTOWN Run website. For complete details as to how this Masters National Championship will affect them, PA Masters should read this document.
